Our high end fridge sat at the delivery terminal for well over a month past the last day of the delivery deadline. I had to call AM trucking and Appliances Connection daily to get on their route and once I did they showed up without the fridge! They said they'd come back 2-3 weeks later offering nothing to my family of 5 with a 3 and 1 year old in the house surviving without a fridge. I've never dealt with such unprofessional behavior on any purchase, let alone with an expensive fridge.
At first, it took them 3 trips to bring appliances to Florida. Then 2 weeks to schedule and reschedule and reschedule again, again and again without any notifications. They put us on a schedule in the morning and removed us in the afternoon. Still didn't receive my appliances.

People who deliver appliances should know fridges & freezers have to be delivered upright. Driver had no paperwork to note this, only had cell phone to sign receipt of merchandise. Knowledge of English appeared to be almost non-existent. Refused to stay while carton was opened to inspect for damage. Needs to review the security of your connection before proceeding.

They came to deliver and wanted $150 to carry the item up the front stairs. When I rejected to pay and requested they leave it on the curb, they refused to drop the package forcing a re-delivery attempt. Now they want $75 to re-schedule the delivery where they will drop it on the curb like I originally requested. We specialize in home delivery, including oversized and heavy-weig... Shipped and delivered freezer on its side, the carton had arrows and directions on each side warning to transport freezer upright.
We purchased furniture from poly and bark. Won’t do that gain until I know they use a different delivery company. AM Home Delivery is an Extortionist.

Repackaging one of the TV's so I could deliver it to my brother. He did all this quickly and efficiently. He was very polite and did a ret job.

I called today and asked for a supervisor or manager and after the lady finally transferred me to one. They answered the line and ENDED THE CALL. Gabriel and Antonio delivered our kayak yesterday. It was in good condition and they were helpful and pleasant to work with. They don't mess around wasting time and socializing. They delivered the kayak to where I wanted it, unwrapped it to inspect if it was OK, and photographed it.
No showed my 5pm to 9pm delivery, called the next morning and gave 15 minutes notice for an unscheduled delivery and left before I could respond. When I called the driver back he told me to rescedule (they had the tv for 2.5 weeks in their warehouse) or I could come to the address of their next delivery to pick up my TV.... To top off all of this, the TV is damaged, or defective.
